Mini Corn Dogs



½ c cornmeal
4 hot dogs
½ c flour
1 TB sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ c milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 TB oil

Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Great mini
muffin pan. Put a little batter in each muffin spot. Cut hot dogs into 6
pieces. Put one piece of hot dog in each muffin spot. Cover hot dogs
with remaining batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 min.
