6-8 chicken breasts
2 T. chopped green onion
1 can mandarin oranges
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 lb. grapes
1 t. salt
1/2 c. cashews, chopped
Mix all ingredients together and let stand several hours before serving. Serves 6-8.
Serve on croissants.

This is great as a left-over, because the flavors have more time to mix together! It's really good.
MMMM!! I've been looking for one like this! Mom used to make something very similar, and once I started eating it, I couldn't stop! Well, I COULD, but I didn't want to. Thanks!
