Amish Baked Oatmeal



This is actually my sister Andrea's recipe.

6 servings

1 ½ c oats, quick
½ c milk
1 egg
¾ tsp salt
½ c sugar
¼ c oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Combine ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly in a greased 9X13
baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until edges
are golden brown. Immediately spoon into bowls; add milk. Top
with fruit and/or brown sugar, if desired.
