Breakfast
This is one of my favorite breakfasts. My mom always made yummy breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday mornings when all of us busy children had time to eat breakfast together. Isaac doesn't eat breakfast until much later than I do so we end up having this as a dinner meal instead.
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 t salt
dash of pepper
1 cup milk
2 hard boiled eggs
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Cook stirring constantly until thickened and smooth. Stir in salt and pepper. Peel eggs and slice, then add to the mixture. Serve over toast.
