
This is so good that by the time I got my camera to take a picture of it, it was already half gone! Luckily, Emily had made a spare:

1 pkg. 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1/4 t. vanilla
2 T. brown sugar
3/4 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. mini chocolate chips
Beat softened cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Slowly add sugars until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Place mixture on plastic wrap and form into a ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll ball.
Serve with graham cracker sticks.
