Amy, a ward friend, made this for a party it was delicious!
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
2-3 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
l/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1 garlic clove, quartered
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse to make a
rough puree. Refrigerate until ready to use. Store in an airtight
container for up to 3 days.
Serving suggestions: with fresh veggies, corn chips, or on a sandwich as a substitute for mayo.
