Chicken Parmesan
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 raw boneless skinless chicken breasts (you can really do more too if you want)
copious amounts of Italian bread crumbs
In a medium size bowl mix the garlic powder, ranch, and Parmesan
cheese. Take chicken breasts and coat them with the mixture. Place
the chicken breast on a cookie sheet that is covered with tin foil (I
do this just so I don’t have to scrub the pan later). Sprinkle
generous amounts of Italian bread crumbs on top of chicken. Bake at
425 degrees for about 20- 25 minutes (juices should run clear and the
tops of the chicken should be golden). So easy, so tasty!
