Bread
1 c. flour
3 T. sugar
4 t. baking powder
3/4 t. salt
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 box yellow cake mix(with pudding in mix)
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. shortening
Put all ingredients in a bowl, beat with electric beater until just smooth, Do NOT over beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 3o minutes. Makes a 9 x 13 pan.
