1 c. flour
1 T. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 T. oil
1-2 really ripe bananas
Mix all dry ingredients and in a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour wet ingredients in and mix until it is all wet. Then cook on a skillet at 350 degrees. Flip pancake when a lot of little craters appear.
