Coconut Syrup





1 cup sugar
1 cup karo syrup
1 cup cream
1 teaspoon coconut extract

Boil sugar and Karo syrup together until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, and add cream and extract. Store in the refrigerator.

I will never go back to maple again. I mean, would you rather eat your waffles in frigid Vermont, or on a tropical beach?
